These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the llyy platform, including all gaming products, account services, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and related features available to registered Pakistani players. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any llyy service.

Each player is permitted a single llyy account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended. llyy reserves the right to merge balances, void bonuses, and close any secondary accounts detected through identity verification or fraud monitoring.

llyy strictly prohibits fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of technical errors, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes. To register and maintain an active llyy account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.
llyy reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage of the registration process or account lifecycle. You must supply any identity, address, or payment verification documentation requested by llyy within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until such time as verification is completed satisfactorily.
Single Account Policy: Each Player may hold only one registered account on the llyy platform. The existence of more than one account registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying factor — constitutes a breach of these terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be voided, and llyy reserves the right to retain any winnings generated through duplicate accounts pending investigation.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your llyy login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. llyy will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify llyy's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
Account Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on your llyy account remain accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered name, address, payment methods, or contact information must be reported to llyy's customer support team and may be subject to additional KYC verification.
Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. llyy may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive account balances as notified to the Player at the time of inactivity classification, subject to applicable law and llyy's prevailing inactive account policy.
All deposits to your llyy account are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). llyy accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash Deposit, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your llyy account originate from a payment source that is legitimately owned by you and that you are fully authorised to use. llyy strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment sources, including the use of another person's JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account, to fund your llyy balance.
Minimum Deposit: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed within your llyy account dashboard. llyy reserves the right to adjust applicable limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits are generally credited to your llyy account in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment processing. In the event of a delayed credit, you should contact llyy's 24/7 support team via live chat with your transaction reference. llyy will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile wallet service providers.
llyy employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all payment processing channels. However, llyy does not store full card details on its servers. All card-based transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
llyy reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You may request a withdrawal of your real-money account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
llyy targets withdrawal processing within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of a verified withdrawal request. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, etc.) and may vary accordingly.
llyy does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which llyy accepts no liability.

No Bonus Abuse: llyy monitors all bonus activity. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies, group coordination to exploit promotional terms, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their bonus funds voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics, payouts, and settlement.
Game Fairness: All llyy casino games utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by llyy or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the relevant game information panels.
Sports Betting: All cricket betting and other sports wagering markets offered through llyy are subject to llyy's Sports Betting Rules, which govern market settlement, in-play bet acceptance, void conditions, postponement policies, and dispute resolution. Pakistani players are advised to review the relevant sports rules applicable to PSL and international cricket markets before placing wagers.
Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, llyy will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, llyy reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable wager to the Player's balance. llyy is not liable for losses attributable to Player-side connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party software issues.
Bet Acceptance: llyy reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its reasonable discretion, including where a wager is placed at manifestly erroneous odds or prices resulting from a pricing error, or where the acceptance of the wager would be in breach of llyy's risk management policies.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the llyy platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
llyy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected or confirmed, to void associated wagers and bonuses, and to refer the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.
All intellectual property rights in and to the llyy platform — including but not limited to the llyy brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data compilations, and user interface elements — are owned by or licensed to llyy and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Your use of the llyy platform does not grant you any ownership rights in or to any llyy intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the llyy platform solely for your personal gaming entertainment, subject to and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of llyy's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, llyy's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your llyy account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
llyy shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from your use of or inability to use the llyy platform, even if llyy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
llyy makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service interruptions are outside llyy's direct control. llyy will use reasonable endeavours to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk. llyy provides gaming services for entertainment purposes only. llyy accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gaming activity conducted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
llyy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the llyy platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
llyy processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance (including AML and fraud prevention), and the delivery of Gaming Services. llyy does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
You have rights with respect to your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of data held about you, subject to llyy's legal obligations to retain data under its licensing and regulatory requirements. By llyy: llyy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where llyy has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, fraud, or AML risk; (c) the Player has provided false information during registration or KYC; or (d) continuation would be contrary to llyy's legal obligations. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, llyy may retain applicable balances pending investigation and resolution.
By the Player: You may request closure of your llyy account at any time by contacting llyy's customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Dormant Account Closure: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period exceeding twenty-four (24) months and carry a zero balance may be administratively closed by llyy without prior notice.
llyy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the llyy platform with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, llyy will use reasonable endeavours to provide Players with advance notice via registered email or an in-platform notification.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of any llyy service following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which llyy holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through llyy's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Complaints Process: In the first instance, all complaints should be directed to llyy's customer support team via live chat. llyy will acknowledge complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) days. If you are unsatisfied with llyy's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming authority designated under llyy's licence.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually excluded.
